Artist.Menu is different from other gallery sites because of our experienced team paving the way for success. Unlike other sites, we truly care about our independent artists by providing marketing tools, exposure and selling the best art online.

The approval process is quick and easy! Click My Account, sign-up with the requested information, then email your artwork with pricing for original and Print pieces to info@artist.menu for approval. Within 3 to 5 business days you will be notified via email as to whether your artwork was accepted.

Simply visit My Account, sign-up and start browsing the amazing one-of-a-kind Art Store presented by artist.menu. As with any shopping website, fill your cart and use our secure method of digital payment backed by PayPal.

We fully understand that art is subjective, which is why our review board keeps an open mind when it comes to selecting the art and artists we wish to have represent our site. Overly raunchy, pornographic, obscene, overly political and/or simply tasteless art WILL be rejected, per our terms. We have the right to accept or refuse any and all artwork. If you feel for any reason that our decision should be reversed, you may appeal by emailing info@artist.menu.

Congratulations: Once your artwork is purchased by an art enthusiast at our store, you will receive an email confirming you have a sale, which of your pieces have been sold, the price it sold for, and the buyer's mailing address. We are a "Drop-N-Ship" style distributer, which means it is the artist's responsibility to package and ship the art purchased directly to our buyers within 3 to 5 business days.

Once the shipment is prepared, insured and confirmed on the artist's end, a tracking number and photo of the package must be emailed to info@artist.menu. The moment delivery is confirmed, our admins will digitally send payment in full via PayPal to include the agreed purchase price, and reimbursement of shipping fees that were charged at the time of checkout (up to the amount listed in the Flat Shipping Fee Schedule) minus Artist.Menu's service fee and commission:

• Basic Members - 6.5%   commission of the Gross amount of each sale and/or service
• Pro Members - 4%   commission of the Gross amount of each sale and/or service
• Pay Pal Fee reimbursement that may incur (the fee for each transaction is 2.9% plus $0.30 USD of the amount you receive).

*Artists must have an active and verified PayPal account to be paid.

If you're good at what you do, customers will contact us and ask for your services. Artist.Menu will gladly negotiate the services requested and pricing on your behalf, but don't worry, you have the final say before we move forward with a deal.

As part of our business model, Artist.Menu takes joy in promoting you, all we ask is for honesty. Even though it's easy to google an artist's name, and to get in touch with them via social media; we do ask that if a customer does contact you (the artist) directly, and you discover that they learned about you and your work from Artist.Menu, please have the integrity to let us know, and pay our 6.5% commission. We call this the "Good Faith Method" of doing business.
